| Final Fantasy at E3 | ||
|
As always, Square Enix has given us plenty to drool over and speculate about at their annual E3 presentation. And this year they've also set up a Virtual Booth so fans can check out all the news and videos. Square Enix touched on pretty much every immediately upcoming FF related game including Final Fantasy XIV, KH: Birth by Sleep, and FF: The 4 Heroes of Light. Conspicuously absent was anything about Final Fantasy Versus XIII or Agito. But they did provide one torturous teaser with their mention of 3D Kingdom Hearts for the upcoming Nintendo 3DS that was unveiled at E3 also. | Final Fantasy XIII Content and Questions | ||
| The content for FF13 is being filled in as fast as we, the FFE Team, can devote the time to it. Though this is an ongoing process there may be sections or information that people wish to have before that section is completed. | Final Fantasy XIII Out and On! | ||
| Final Fantasy XIII was released today in the US. The opening cinematic is long and highly rendered. I for one forgot halfway through it that I was playing a game and not watching a movie. The battle system starts out ridiculously easy but do not let that deter you. It gains more complexity and begins to resemble a final fantasy system once you hit Chapter 3. Whether you buy the Xbox 360 version or the PS3 version, enjoy! | ||

| This is it. The wait is almost over. In less than twenty-four hours YOU could be playing Final Fantasy XIII. Whether you're going to be at your local game store at midnight tonight, or you wait until tomorrow (or your next paycheck) you can check in here at FFE for our first impressions and then stay tuned for the game content that is soon to follow. It's official - Final Fantasy XIII has hit stores today . . . in Japan. For those of us in North America, Europe, and Australia we've got a little under 3 months left to go. So, stay tuned for any updates we get regarding the game. The forums have Re-opened! Unfortunately, due to a technical hiccup we have lost the old database, so if you were a member previously you will have to re-register. We've also moved from vBulletin to phpBB, which brings a few (but not too life-changing..!) changes to the forum system. :) |
