Received in individual pieces, as the game gives them to you, the Ansem's Report doesn't give anything away. However, if you read the entire thing before getting to a certain point in the game it can be a spoiler. We'd recommend you wait until you've gone through a good portion of Hollow Bastion before reading this. That said you may now continue to the Ansem's Report.
